Mark Haddad, founder of Interiology Design Co., leads a nationally recognized interior design firm known for its client-centered approach to residential design. Blending creativity, technical expertise, and strong leadership, Mark guides clients through the complex and detail-driven process of kitchen, bath, and interior design.
His work enhances everyday living by delivering thoughtful, innovative solutions to even the most challenging design problems. Each space is carefully tailored to reflect the client’s unique aesthetic, preferences, and lifestyle. Through The Experience Studio, Mark has developed an immersive, high-touch design process that complements the luxury-level service for which he is known.
A Certified Master Kitchen and Bath Designer, Mark is a sought-after speaker at industry conferences and an active mentor to emerging professionals. He contributes to the field as an instructor, design competition judge, certification adjudicator, and subject matter expert with the National Kitchen and Bath Association. In 2024, he was named a Kitchen and Bath Design News Innovator, recognizing his ongoing commitment to education.
A lifelong musician and vocalist, Mark is a noted choral conductor and performer. He currently sings with The Jameson Singers, a premiere vocal ensemble in the Boston area.
Louie Kerbici
Executive Vice President + Senior Interior Designer
Louie thrives on those “lightbulb moments” when clients first see a long-envisioned project come together. As a key member of the Interiology team, he is often the first point of contact for homeowners and remains a trusted resource throughout the entire design process. Known for his collaborative approach, Louie excels at curating selections and guiding clients toward ideas they may not have initially considered, helping them get the most from every project both creatively and functionally. He values strong client relationships and brings a thoughtful, engaging energy that challenges and inspires in equal measure.
Before entering the design field, Louie spent many years in financial services as an analyst and project manager, an experience that shaped his disciplined approach to planning, scheduling, and respecting clients’ time and investment. He carries that same precision into his work at Interiology, ensuring a seamless and well-managed experience from concept to completion.
Louie’s personal aesthetic has been influenced by extensive travel, enriching his perspective on materials, culture, and design. His work has been featured in Condo Makeovers and recognized by the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston and the NKBA for excellence in kitchens, bathrooms, and custom design.
Colette Chrétien
Designer + Operations Manager
Colette serves as both Designer and Operations Manager, playing a pivotal role in guiding each project from concept through completion with precision and care. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, she ensures that every element aligns seamlessly to achieve a cohesive and elevated final result. Colette brings a unique, editorial perspective to interior design, carefully curating materials, finishes, and furnishings to create spaces that feel both intentional and inspiring.
A graduate of Tufts University, Colette began her creative career in fashion, founding her own line of women’s clothing. This experience continues to inform her design sensibility, influencing her thoughtful approach to composition, texture, and balance. Her ability to blend aesthetics with organization makes her an invaluable asset to both clients and the team.
Outside the studio, Colette enjoys oil painting and a variety of craft projects, often exploring new creative outlets. She also values spending time with her family, drawing inspiration from the moments that make a house feel like home.
Jaye Gordon
Designer + Operations Manager
Jaye serves as Designer and Operations Manager, where she is both a creative force and a critical driver of project execution at Interiology. She brings a strong artistic vision paired with technical expertise, crafting cohesive interiors that balance beauty, function, and innovation. Skilled in space planning and kitchen and bath design, Jaye also enjoys the process of sourcing materials, colors, and finishes that give each project its distinctive character.
She works closely with clients to translate ideas into a clear design direction while also managing the detailed behind-the-scenes coordination with vendors, including quoting, ordering, and tracking, to ensure a seamless experience and exceptional final result. Her ability to bridge design intent with operational precision makes her an invaluable part of every project.
Jaye holds an MBA and spent many years in consumer and business marketing before pursuing her passion for design. What began as weekend design projects for herself and friends evolved into a career change, leading her to complete the kitchen and bath design program at Boston Architectural College. Her thoughtful use of space and distinctive design work have been recognized nationally by the NKBA, along with multiple regional awards for excellence in kitchen and bath design.
Sheryl Craig
Technical Designer
As our go-to expert in residential design software, Sheryl serves as the technical backbone of the design process, transforming ideas into immersive, buildable realities. Her mastery of the platform began at Boston Architectural College, where she quickly recognized its power to visually communicate complex design concepts—and she has been leveraging it ever since to bring projects to life with precision and clarity.
Sheryl’s 2D and 3D renderings do more than help clients visualize their future spaces; they serve as a critical bridge between inspiration and execution. Her drawings function as comprehensive blueprints for success, meticulously detailed with electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, and construction specifications that guide both the design team and skilled craftsmen with accuracy and confidence.
With over 25 years of experience in kitchen and bath design, she combines deep technical expertise with a genuine passion for interiors. A trusted collaborator, Sheryl is known for her thoughtful approach, problem-solving mindset, and unwavering attention to detail.
Outside the studio, she is a dedicated advocate for young people with special needs, an experience that has deepened her understanding of how families live and thrive in their homes, informing designs that are both highly functional and beautifully human-centered.
Patrick Cogan
Chief Financial Officer
Pat serves as CFO of Interiology and is a self-proclaimed “numbers guy”, working closely with designers and project managers to develop realistic, accurate spreadsheets that support both creative vision and financial clarity. He plays a key role in ensuring the studio operates seamlessly, bringing structure and insight to every phase of the design and construction process.
Raised in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, Pat earned a B.S.A. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame, where he served as President of the Accounting Honor Society. He began his career working with some of the largest public accounting firms in Chicago, New York, and Boston, ultimately settling in Boston to join what is now PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as a CPA. He later built a broad and successful career as a financial leader across multiple industries, including high tech, financial services, and biotech, supporting organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Pat brings deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, along with strong listening skills and a collaborative approach shaped by his Midwestern values. Outside the office, he and his wife Mary are the proud parents of three young adult children. He enjoys golf, travel, the arts, and occasionally performs stand-up comedy.
Andrea Carter
Director of Strategic Projects
Formerly Interiology’s CFO, Andrea is now our Director of Strategic Projects. In her new role, Andrea creates and leads projects to elevate the client experience. Andrea is dedicated to ensuring our work with clients, vendors, partners and one another is strategic, thoughtfully developed and meticulously executed.
Andrea brings extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance and project management to the Interiology team. With an undergraduate degree in economics and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, Andrea is thrilled to apply her business acumen to an industry and creative process she loves.
Outside the office, Andrea has been an elected member of the Needham School Committee and Needham Town Meeting for over a decade and volunteered extensively with her children’s schools from preschool through high school. She and her husband enjoy being empty-nesters and traveling to Europe.
