What was once an oversized primary suite with an underutilized in-room gym has been transformed into a thoughtfully designed private retreat that balances luxury and function. By relocating the gym to an unused lower-level space, we unlocked the full potential of the suite—doubling the footprint of the bath and reimagining it as a spa-inspired sanctuary with European detailing, refined finishes, a dedicated makeup vanity, and an expansive steam shower.
The former gym now serves as an elegant dressing room, where Italian design influences carry through a seamless blend of open and concealed storage, enhanced by custom solutions tucked into the eaves and window seat. Just beyond, a dormer nook became the perfect setting for a bespoke jewelry armoire, finished in silver metallic lacquer and outfitted with specialized compartments. The result is a cohesive, elevated environment that offers both a serene escape and a state-of-the-art fitness space—tailored perfectly to the clients’ lifestyle.
