Designed to match our clients’ love of cooking and entertaining, this once underutilized footprint was completely reimagined into a grand, highly functional kitchen without adding a single square foot. By relocating the kitchen along the back and side of the home, we established distinct zones for preparation, cooking, and gathering—transforming the former cramped nook into a cozy dining area. A centrally positioned refrigerator tower anchors the prep zone alongside the sink, microwave, and dishwasher, while a cleverly concealed freezer is tucked just out of sight. Thoughtful architectural changes—including replacing oversized patio doors with a streamlined glass door and expansive picture window—introduced abundant natural light and created new opportunities for cabinetry and workspace, all while preserving seamless access to the deck.
A striking feature wall integrates pantry storage and wall ovens, balanced by a dedicated grilling station and an inviting entertaining area complete with a bar sink and undercounter refrigeration. Layered cabinetry finishes are unified through a color-drenched palette and continuous countertop material, while integrated sound, automated lighting, and shading elevate everyday living. The result is a sophisticated, high-performance kitchen designed to cook, host, and live beautifully.
