Curbside Pickup

Curbside Pickup from The Experience Studio, located at 430 Main Street, Watertown, MA 02472 is always free.  Items may be picked up during our normal business hours. You can also contact us to arrange Curbside Pickup by appointment.

Shipping

All items are shipped via UPS Ground; expedited shipping is not available. Orders under $250 are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $17.50. Orders over $250 receive free shipping.

Returns

You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required. Monogrammed items and made to order (custom) items are not eligible for return. Review the full list of ineligible items and our refund policy below before contacting us.

During our temporary closure in response to the coronavirus, returns for eligible purchases made prior to June 1 will be accepted until July 4, 2020. Eligible purchases made after June 1 are subject to our 30-day return policy.

Ineligible Items

Items not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Items without an original receipt or gift receipt.
  • Monogrammed items.
  • Made to order items, including custom items.
  • Items identified as “Display” or “Floor Model.”
  • Final sale items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear.

Refund Policy

  • Original Receipt - Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
  • Gift Receipt - Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the gift receipt.
  • Shipping and/or Delivery Fees - Shipping and/or delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
  • Cash & Check Refunds - Cash and check refunds over $50 will be issued as a company check and mailed to you (may take 14 business days).

International Returns

Returns are available only for items that were shipped to the United States. International returns are not accepted.

Ways To Return

  • In-Store at The Experience Studio - Bring your eligible return and original purchase receipt or gift receipt to The Experience Studio located at 430 Main Street, Watertown, MA 02472 during our normal business hours. You can also contact us to arrange a return by appointment.
  • By Mail - Begin the return process by contacting us by phone or email and tell us why you would like to make a return. Once we approve your return, we will issue you a Return Authorization Code; please write this code on your packing slip and include it with your return.

    Pack your item(s) in the original box and use sufficient packing to prevent damage in transit. Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Once your item has been received and inspected by us, we will issue your refund. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
