Caught Between Two Worlds by Scott Gieske
I love the interplay between colors, shapes and textures. I usually start each piece with a textural image I’ve created from nature. I get input by sending sheets of paper into the heart of the great outdoors, letting mother nature imprint upon them what she would. I then take the paper out of the environment and bring the image into a digital format and start to collage them with other images to create the final composition. This technique is somewhat random, but produces beautiful, thought-provoking works of unique art.
