Restful Retreat
After partnering with us on a successful renovation that transformed their entire first floor, including a new gourmet kitchen, our clients had one final project in mind to help them achieve their dream home. They were eager to reimagine their oversized and lackluster bedroom, and we were thrilled to work with them again to complete their home’s transformation.
We created an enhanced layout for their bedroom within the existing footprint by bringing the bed off the wall. This enabled us to create a brand-new dressing room behind the bed, integrating it into the back of a custom headboard wall. The dressing room showcases luxurious Italian cabinetry, textural wallpaper, and gorgeous sconces, and adds custom storage to complement the existing walk-in closet. The vaulted ceiling was modified to accommodate the new dressing room and the original double-hung windows were replaced with an exquisite patio door and railing to bathe the space in natural light.
To achieve the ultimate Restful Retreat, we outfitted the space with layers of lighting, plush fabrics in soft neutral colors, and automatic window treatments, all of which make it easier to stay in bed! The finishing touch is an exotic wood cabinet that was custom designed to house a beverage center with integrated refrigeration. Our clients can now enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning, or chilled bubbly in the evening, without ever needing to leave their suite.
